Phase 2- Yoga Anatomy and Physology

Yoga anatomy and physiology are two important elements that are essential to understanding yoga and its many benefits. Yoga is an ancient practice that has been used for centuries to promote general wellbeing and to help individuals become more mindful. It is also a physical practice that has been used to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. The anatomy and physiology of yoga focuses on understanding the body and its various systems, as well as the relationship between the body and its environment. This knowledge can help individuals practice yoga safely and effectively, allowing them to achieve the full potential of their practice.

Phase 3- Yoga Darsan/ Yoga Philosophy

Yoga philosophy teaches us to live a life of balance and harmony with the environment and our own body. It encourages us to accept life as it is, to be present and mindful of our thoughts, feelings, and actions. Yoga philosophy also teaches us to be patient, to be kind and compassionate, and to practice non-violence. By understanding the deeper meaning of yoga philosophy, we can use it as a guide for navigating life with more awareness and intention. At Bright Future Path, we offer classes, workshops, and retreats that are rooted in yoga philosophy. Through these offerings, we provide students with the opportunity to explore and deepen their understanding of the wisdom of yoga and how to apply it to their everyday lives. We also provide guidance and support to help students reach their highest potential. By connecting with yoga philosophy, we can develop a greater understanding of ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.

Phase 4- Yoga Methodology

At Bright Future Path, we offer a comprehensive range of yoga practices that are tailored to meet the individual needs of each student. Our methodology is rooted in the ancient Indian tradition of Hatha yoga and is based on the principles of yogic science. We focus on creating a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment where students can explore their physical and mental wellbeing. Our classes promote physical awareness and self-healing through the use of postures, breathing techniques, relaxation, and meditation. We emphasize the importance of proper alignment and mindful movement in order to maximize the benefits of each practice. In addition to traditional Hatha yoga, we offer a variety of styles such as Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin and Kundalini yoga. We also offer workshops and special events that focus on specific themes such as energy healing, mindfulness, and self-discovery. Our experienced teachers are committed to providing a supportive learning environment where students can reach their full potential.
